Eugene Wait started 26 years ago in the financial services industry. It is here that he has proven to be an accomplished and results- driven executive. He has vast experience in the Retirement Fund Industry, from not only a consulting perspective, but also in the management of Retirement Fund Businesses. Eugene has good strategic appreciation and a vision, in identifying new opportunities and implementing them, successfully. He has shown the ability to lead teams and has a dynamic proven ability, to recruit and develop other leaders, with an equal desire to excel and win, as himself!

Eugene places huge emphasis on family relationships, with his own family as his focus and pride. On a social front, Eugene enjoys time in the bush, whilst sunshine and sea fulfil his soul.

As demand grew, it became natural for our services to expand beyond corporate group structures into the individual space. This transition ensured our expertise remained accessible, simplified portfolio management, and eliminated the need for clients to find new providers after leaving a corporate structure.

This growing business aims to bring together, extraordinary people, that strive to form long-lasting relationships with their clients, by taking a personal interest in their financial success.

We provide a unique opportunity to experienced financial advisors, to change their employer and continue servicing their clients, under the existing product offerings, ensuring no disruptions to your clients and future commission earnings. Commission structures will be dependent on advisor experience and advisers have the potential to earn up to 100%.

Advisors will have access to an administration manager, with 23 years of client servicing experience in the insurance industry. You will also have access to a large established corporate client base for dedicated leads.

Our requirements are:

  • Minimum 5-year Industry Experience
  • 120 NQF 5 Credits (FSCA accredited qualification)
  • RE 5 Certificate Non-negotiable
  • Clean Credit Record
  • No criminal record
  • Own Laptop
  • Driver’s license and vehicle
